DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT

I keep finding myself drawn to people at the edge of something, like a loss, a fixation, a version of themselves they can't quite shake. I don't think a film is finished when it leaves me. It's maybe sixty percent there. The rest belongs to whoever's watching: what they carried in that day, what they're afraid of, what they've already lost. I just try to leave enough space for that.
